Payments: A $250 USD £130 GBP per week deposit. paid by check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX. Balance to be paid 90 days prior to arrival date, or soon after booking if arrival date is less than 90 days. Rent is plus 13% State Sales and County Tourism tax. Credit card systems will convert GBP to USD automatically.
Rental Conditions:
1. No pets
2. No smoking allowed inside the home
3. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is by 10:30 a.m.
4. Trash must be put curbside on Monday and Thursday evenings
Rental charge includes electricity, water on-going pool maintenance, Games Room, landscaping, all telephone calls, high speed internet, all linens and towels, and Lake Berkley Resort amenities. We work with the Management Company, and take pride in the cleanliness of our homes. Representatives are minutes away in case of need.
