Payments:   $250 at time of booking is required, and can be paid by check, money order, VISA, or Mastercard. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date, or soon after booking if arrival date is less than 30 days. 

Rental Conditions:

1.  Check in is at 3:00 p.m.Check out is by 11:30 a.m.

2.  Trash must be put curbside on Designated Days.

Rental charge includes electricity, water, cable, local telephone calls, all linens and towels, We take pride in the cleanliness of our homes.  Representatives are minutes away in case of need.
