PAYMENTS: Balance of payment must be paid 90 days prior to booking date. Please provide check, money order or credit card payment for a $250 deposit or balance. RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. No pets allowed.
2. No smoking allowed inside the home.
3. No overnight parking for oversized RV's, buses, and trucks.
4. Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
5. Trash must be put curbside on Monday and Thursday evenings.

The rental charge includes electricity, water, on-going pool maintenance, landscaping, incoming and local telephone calls and all linen and towels. We work with a Management Company and take pride in the cleanliness of the homes. Representatives are minutes away in case of need.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FULLY CONFIRMED UNTIL A SIGNED COPY OF THIS BOOKING FORM HAS BEEN RETURNED.
